The booking comes in
Lingokey reads your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars (iCal link). It knows who is arriving, where and when.
The guest writes on WhatsApp
They get the assistant's number in their booking confirmation. They can ask their questions before they even set off.
The access code, at the right time
The guest is recognised by their booking. The key safe code goes to them and no one else. An unknown number never receives a code.
The stay, without phone calls
Wifi, heating, bins, restaurants, late-night pharmacy, parking: the assistant knows the property and the neighbourhood, and sends the location as a map pin.
Emergencies, and only emergencies
A leak, a jammed door, a guest in difficulty: you are alerted immediately. Nothing else wakes you up any more.
Key safe
Works with your current key safe. You enter the code, and the assistant sends it to the guest on the booking, at the right time.
A number dedicated to your business. You see every conversation and can take over whenever you want.
Multilingual
Written replies in the guest's language, including Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Voice messages understood, with spoken replies in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch and Arabic.

Do I need to change my property management software?
No. Lingokey connects to your calendars via an iCal link, whether you use Airbnb, Booking.com or property management software.
What happens if the assistant doesn't know the answer?
It tells the guest and passes the request on to you. It doesn't make up answers.
How long does it take to get started?
We prepare the information for each property with you: access, amenities, house rules, useful addresses. After that, the assistant is ready.
Does the guest need to install anything?
No. They use WhatsApp, which they already have.
