Contact form

Data: name, company, email, phone, number of properties and message. Purpose: replying to your request and telling you about our services. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: 3 years after our last contact.

WhatsApp demo (+33 7 80 80 02 43)

When you write to the demo assistant, we process your WhatsApp number, your profile name and the content of your messages, written or voice, in order to reply. Legal basis: your request to try the service. Conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Where your data is processed

  • Server: Contabo GmbH, Germany (European Union).
  • Messaging: WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Ireland).
  • Artificial intelligence: Google Cloud (Gemini on Vertex AI), processed in data centres located in the European Union, to write the assistant's replies and transcribe voice messages.
  • Voice replies: Microsoft Corporation, United States, to turn a written reply into a voice message.
  • Email: Google LLC (Gmail), which receives messages sent to contact@lingokey.fr.

Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google and Microsoft are certified. We do not sell any data or use it for advertising.

Backups

The server is backed up every night to storage in Germany (Hetzner). Deleted data may remain there for up to 6 months, until older backups are replaced.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete your data or receive a copy in a portable format, to restrict its processing, or to object to it: write to contact@lingokey.fr. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French CNIL (cnil.fr) or the data protection authority of your country.

Fonts and images

Fonts and photos are hosted on our own server: your visit sends no data to Google or to any photo service.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
